Most of our clients capture footage themselves using our filming guidance, while we handle the editing and strategy. If you are interested in professional filming, we will discuss the available options based on your location.

We need regular footage from your gym and a clear understanding of your goals. We will guide you on what to capture, provide content ideas and handle the editing, hooks, captions and overall content strategy.

Our content is primarily created and optimised for Instagram Reels. The finished videos can also be adapted for other short-form platforms when required.

At the end of the 30-day Founder Pilot, we will review the experience and results together. If we are both happy with the partnership, we will recommend the most suitable ongoing content plan for your gym. There is no obligation to continue.
